BWAAAAAHHHH!!!!!!
There, now I'm better. So, I joined 2 orchestras, and both had concerts 2 weeks ago. I had a cold/fever/ sinus infection/ ear infection and was out of work for a week. Now I am healthy and better. Of course, missing school for a week means there were about 19 different crises I had to deal with when I got back. And I was also assigned to develop a presentation on differentiated instruction for our department's professional development days in November. It's been a bit busy. I think I'm mostly caught up now, though.
I have not gone anywhere or done anything special lately. I had orchestra and concerts (which went relatively well, taking into account a massive D.C. traffic jam which delayed 1/2 the players until just a few minutes before the scheduled start time.
Today, my goal was to finish my powerpoint (which I did), and to vacuum my floor (which I haven't yet). I think tomorrow I will go hiking.
Omaha Steaks keeps calling me. They' ve called twice a day for two weeks. I never answer the phone, as it's always telemarketers. It's amazing how many calls I get in one day that are not from real people. I wonder if there is a limit to how many times they will call without an answer....

I'm glad that you are feeling better. You can call Omaha Steaks and tell them how often you want to be contacted and how.
